Oil feed restrictor for GT Turbos -3AN

Sometimes needed on GT Series (GT25/28/30) turbos to reduce quantity of oil flowing through turbo.

-3 inlet and standard 7/16x24tpi out.

Fits some T28s as well if they are NOT M12
